Bots cannot check the “I am not a robot” box for this reason

A common way to access a website and provide information is through the "I'm not a robot" section. This serves the purpose of demonstrating the user's humanity and preventing bots from accessing certain pages. It is primarily a cybersecurity tool.
For this, the CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) filter is used. A system designed to differentiate between humans and bots, it is created as a protection against password cracking and spam. According to Google support, it only allows a human with the correct password to access the account.
CAPTCHAs were then implemented to strengthen the system. According to Google, they use "an advanced risk analysis engine and adaptive challenges to prevent malicious software from engaging in abusive activities on your website." These filters are functional because, unlike bots, humans can solve a puzzle or problem in a specific way.
