Robot waiter: the new trend in the United States

In the United States, there has been a boom in robot waiters as a result of the shortage of workers in restaurants. The implementation of this technology is recent and is still in development. These robots can serve, clean dishes, and interact with customers. They have become great helpers, helping to maintain order in many restaurants.
There are already several companies dedicated to deploying these robots around the world. Bear Robotics of the United States and Pudu Robotics of China are two clear examples of this. It's a business with great potential, since according to a survey conducted by the National Restaurant Association, 62% of owners lack employees to compensate for the number of customers they serve.
Robot waiters have allowed restaurant owners to reduce salary costs. Furthermore, the innovation they provide is a source of attraction that generates more customers and increases sales. But not everything is positive, as there is still resistance from some people who seek more human treatment and find it difficult to accept service from machines.
