WARRANTY POLICY:
All our products come with a 30-day warranty from the moment you receive your order at your chosen address.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for each product will be indicated on the product page in the description, as it varies depending on the item.
PURCHASE SHIPPING POLICY:
Products will only be shipped to areas authorized by our selected courier service, ensuring 100% coverage throughout Mexico. However, purchases cannot be shipped to difficult-to-reach, high-risk, or war zones.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of products that are exempt from returns. Non-returnable products include: * Gift cards * Downloadable software products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer; the refund will be processed to our warehouse in Mexico.
If the product you receive is different from the one advertised in our online store, it is eligible for a return and refund. Any product (item) that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts may also be eligible for a return or refund.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable): We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or missing parts. We also only replace items if we have sufficient stock to exchange the product. Otherwise, only a monetary refund will be issued.

The cost of the shipping fee for the package and for exchanges, returns, and refunds for residents in Mexico and abroad will be covered by the customer who purchased the product.
GIFTS: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, and you need an exchange, you'll receive a gift guide or the cost of the gift guide to proceed with shipping it to our warehouse in Mexico. Once we receive the item, we'll reship your gift at no extra cost or charge to anywhere in the world where our Winner is located and the delivery carrier can reach that address.

Order cancellations cannot be made once the purchase has been made and the order number of the purchase order for the product(s) has been paid.

JURISDICTION

In the event of a dispute arising from the application, interpretation or compliance with the obligations arising from this agreement of terms and conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Jalisco, Mexico, leaving without effect any other that may correspond to them by conventional domicile, IP address, international treaty or arbitration clause.
