Giveaway Rules

Below we mention each of the points on which our Giveaway is based:

1. Participation date: July 26, 2021 - August 29, 2021 until 11:59 pm.
   Drawing date: August 30, 2021.
   Publication of the results: August 30, 2021 - September 1, 2021.
2. To participate you must be of legal age (18+).
3. It is exclusive for residents of the country of Mexico.
4. You agree to our privacy policies, terms and conditions of use, and the rules of this giveaway.
5. You may only participate once per giveaway.
6. The participant must be a real person and not a robot.
7. You must have filled out the form correctly and completed it.
8. If you've already won in past giveaways, you'll be able to continue participating in future giveaways.
9. The giveaway will be subject to the jurisdiction in force in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
10. The winner will receive their gift free of charge via one of our selected courier companies.
11. From the moment the Winner receives their gift, they have 30 calendar days at no extra cost to request an exchange for a defective product, if any. After that date, this will not be possible.
12. If you do not comply with any of our rules or giveaway bases, you will be automatically disqualified.
13. At the time the Winner is chosen, the Winner must contact us or WinnerBe will contact them. If we are unable to contact them repeatedly by any means possible, the gift will be available for sale to WinnerBe.
14. The winners will be announced in the Giveaway section.
15. The giveaway gift cannot be shipped if the delivery company identifies the delivery location as dangerous, high-risk, a war zone, or a hard-to-reach area, or if there is no coverage at that address. However, you can arrange with us to receive it at another location, such as a relative's home.
16. Participants can optionally complete additional steps before filling out the form, following the steps from wherever they found the contest or sweepstakes, such as on social media, email, etc.
17. This time there will only be one winner.
18. Raffle prize or gift: An Android Smartwatch model II (shipping included).
