Organize your computer! A backup of your data will be your best option.
Sometimes, in a rush, with work and other to-dos, we forget to organize our computer, and our desktop is filled with files everywhere. Therefore, we recommend taking some time to archive, trash, and organize each of your files so you have a backup before any accidents happen. Plus, you'll find everything easier that way!
The first thing you should do is create folders with the names of the files you know you have or need. For example, work folder, school folder, cell phone photos folder, music, personal files, etc. And start organizing your files into those folders. It's time to move those files that won't fit into any important folders to the trash.
Now that your desktop is clearer, we'll create mini-folders within the larger folders. For example, within the school folder, start dividing by subject. Within each subject, you can subdivide tasks, tests, projects, resources, etc.
